More than 25 years ago, Sandy came to the United States with very little. As an immigrant and later a single mother raising three children, she understands the pressure of making a living, supporting a family, and building a secure future in a new country.
Those experiences led Sandy to finance and real estate. Over more than 25 years of hands-on experience, she has directly invested in, managed, and developed more than 150 properties while also founding Sandy Coaching.
Today, Sandy turns decades of real-world experience into practical, easy-to-understand guidance that helps Vietnamese people in the U.S. make more confident decisions about homeownership, real estate investing, and building long-term wealth.

In fact, this may be the right time to start learning and building your foundation rather than waiting until you have a large amount of capital or a perfect credit score.

Can I join online if I live outside Alabama?
Sandy Coaching programs are offered online, so you can participate whether you live in any U.S. state or outside the United States.
Sandy Coaching students currently join from places such as California, Texas, Oregon, North Carolina, Florida, and countries outside the United States. You can participate remotely, interact during live sessions, and access class recordings according to the policy of each program.
The programs provide general education and principles, but laws, taxes, lending requirements, and real estate regulations may vary by state. For your specific situation, you should consult an appropriately licensed professional in your area.
How long do the programs last, and how are they delivered?
Program length and schedules vary by course. Classes are primarily conducted online via Zoom, allowing students to participate from any state or country. Some programs may also include live sessions, recorded lessons, practical materials, and Q&A sessions with Sandy or other professionals.
The class schedule, number of sessions, and recording access period will be provided after successful registration via email or the program’s student group chat.
